International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR)

When purchasing an ITAR restricted item you must be a legal US citizen. Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibitied without a valid export license. A statement will appear at the bottom of each restritcted product's page indicating export restrictions apply in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation.

Customers are not required to submit additional documentation unless we request it. If needed you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. (Such as but not limited to a completed *ITAR compliance acknowledgement form with your original signature and/or a government issued ID. If additional documentation is requested, your order will not ship until it has been completed.) For more details please click the *ITAR Compliance Acknowledgement Form below.

Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulation, Parts 120-130.

How To Return An Item/Cancellation Policy

Returns

Your item must be in its original packaging and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Please see details and exceptions below.

1. Please email [email protected] to request a return. Include the reason for the return and a RMA number and a return shipping label will be provided (note: return shipping labels will expire within 10 days). Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.

2.  Return item(s) with the label provided. Include the RMA number and the original order number.

3. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, special ordered for color, or helmet orders where samples for sizing were provided, will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Bundles can only be returned in full. Exceptions are an exchange for helmet size. A return shipping label will be provided (note: return shipping labels will expire within 10 days). Customers are responsible for shipping cost for the exchange, a credit card will be required at the time of the exchange request.

Restocking/Return Fees

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a minimum of $10 return shipping fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  Original shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

Exchanges

If the item you purchased is not a made to order, special order/custom color, non stock specialty order, or a helmet order where helmet samples were provided, you may exchange your item within 7 days after receipt of your purchase for a different size or color.

If the item is made to order, special order/custom color, non stock specialty order, or a helmet order where helmet samples were provided, then the item is non returnable and non exchangeable

Cancellations

For all other products that are made to order, custom ordered, or non stock specialty orders, cancellation or changes to the order must be done in writing within 48 hours of placing the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all specifications have been clearly listed with the original order. Orders must be cancelled in writing and sent to [email protected] to avoid cancellation fees.

All cancellations are subject to approval and restocking fees of 10% may apply. Made to order, custom orders, or non stock specialty orders which have shipped, are non returnable and non refundable

Pricing/Availability

LCEO, LLC cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing or availability errors may occur on the Own the Night website. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product. LCEO, LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from LCEO, LLC. LCEO, LLC may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Pricing and Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Adding product to your cart and completing the checkout process is not a guarantee the order will be fulfilled. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment in the event the order cannot be fulfilled.

Credit Card Charges

Please note that your credit card charge will appear with our official company name LCEO, LLC. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged when the order is placed. 

Delivery-Shipping Policy 

LCEO, LLC ships to United States addresses ONLY. We will deliver to APO and FPO addresses, with the exception of those items that require export documentation. 

If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. If any items on your order are back ordered you will be notified using the email you provided at checkout. Orders which include multiple items may ship separately, with no additional shipping charges.

Special order items such as Ops-Core Ballistic Helmets may have a delivery time of 16 weeks or more.

LCEO, LLC reserves the right to levy additional shipping surcharge where oversized, heavy, or a large number of items are ordered. Before levying such charges, we will contact you with the proposed amount of the charge. If you do not want to accept the surcharge, we will cancel your order without any penalty to you.

For any expeditied shipping options the rate charged is based on the weight, value of your products, and your location. Shipping cost will be listed for your review prior to order completion.

Discounts, Offers, and Promotions

Multiple quantities of the same item may require additional shipping charges.  Standard shipping applies to the contiguous 48 United States. Some restrictions may apply. LCEO, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offers, promotions or discounts at any time. Prior orders are excluded from discounts, offers, and promotions.
