This NVG Interface System replaces the original ball and socket mount with a more permanent dovetail mount.  This new mounting system is installed by removing the existing ball and socket mount by simply removing one screw and sliding the new dovetail mount into the existing hole and replacing the screws. The new mounting system includes a helmet strap, battery pack and a magnetically coupled power connector.

Semi-permanent mount with the Wilcox breakaway feature and lanyard

Replaces the ball and socket mount.

Reduces the risk of losing or damaging the goggles due to the untimely disconnection from a helmet.
